Quick Weight Loss After Pregnancy?

ok so I don’t need to exactly loss weight im 110 5′3″ but I had a baby about 7 months ago and I lost a lot of muscle tone during pregnancy so does anyone know any quick ways to get rid of excess skin after pregnancy?

    Time baby girl!! Time and stretching exercises!
    Pick up each item off the floor by stretching up then bending down to get it. Or pick it up by doing the squats. Either and both work wonders for tightening up the mid section again.
    Mothers have had a millenia of this problem. Yes, I can remember 40 years back when I had that problem too! Make your housework work for you rather than against you. Child care is the same thing, make it work for you.

    gym. work out as hard as you can. it’s the only way other than surgery. and use proper firming creams ie pure cocoa butter, ginseng oil, coffee oil, eat jelly etc.
