How Soon After A Pregnancy Can I Began A Weight Loss Regimen?

Im due in August and I have already gained 30lbs. I have hypothyroidism and I want to lose the “baby” weight as sson as I can. What can anyone recommend

    After the delivery if you breast feed your baby you will burn a lot of calories. So if you follow a good balanced diet after delivery you will be able to loose weight without any food deprivation.
    All this you can talk it with the doctor that is taking care of your pregnancy

    Eat healthy foods now. Good proteins, fruits, veggies, and a moderate amount of good fats like olive oil, butter, milk. Stay away from empty calories. Continue to eat that way after the baby is born, especially if you are breast feeding. The weight should come off. Put your baby in the stroller and take a walk, don’t overdo it a first. Let your body tell you what you can do.

    hmmm when your able?like 2 monthes or so but i’ll doubt it if you’re able to with a baby around so i would say wait when they’re able to walk or so they be with you .But im no expert.
