Oh God, for me it’s been 5 months and I still look pregnant. Help!

my littlest is 4 months and im down to 132 pounds wieghed 175 when I delivered and started at 127.

Before my pregnancy I weighed 164lbs after I gave birth I weight 232lbs. It took me 8 months of diet and excerise to get down to 170. All it takes is time and effort and you will get to where you want to be in no time. Don’t pay attention to those star mags that tell you that they lost their weight in 3 months most of those people had some help (if you know what I mean). And don’t think of it as a diet think of it as this is your life and you want to do it. Because if you don’t want to do it then you will never succeed.

I had gained five pounds total during the pregnancy (yes, totally healthily and under care of two docs), my healthy, robust son was just over 8 pounds, and the next day I was weighed, and had lost 13 pounds. Oh, lucky me…
Since hopefully you are still breastfeeding, don’t diet now….

Hang in there honey, it took me at least 6 months before I felt I looked like ‘normal’ and I still have a little pudgy belly. Keep working it off and exercising, and watch how many calories you take in and your fat grams. It’s going to happen!

Its been 8 months and I still look pregnant. I think exercising and eating right should help though. I just don’t have time to do it.

I gained during my pregnancy 20 pounds ,and i lost it 1 month after giving birth but i have been always skinny that’s why i lost it fast .
