A Good Way To Lose Weight After Pregnancy?
I recently had a baby on May 1st. During my pregnancy I gained 80lbs. WOW yea I know thats alot!! But anyway when my daughter was born she weighed 8lb 12oz and just by leaving the hospital I lost 38lbs. After that it seemed the weight just melted off for about 4 weeks. I lost another 22lbs and then stopped. I have 20lbs left to be back to normal and I would like to know what way would be most effective. More info I will add is that I just moved to a new town, actually a whole new state, my husband is in the Marines so I moved to live with him. So I dont really know anyone so Im not to crazy about leaving my daughter with strangers so i can go to the gym or anything. And I know it may make a difference in what I can do so Ill let everyone know also that I had a c-section. Which most of my flab is in my belly still and Im wondering about crunches and stuff. Please help!! Thank you
