How Do You Lose Weight After Pregnancy?

My son is now two and I have been trying to lose weight since I have had my baby. During my pregnancy I gain around 65 pounds; my pre-pregnancy weight was 135. Right now I am 160 and still trying my best t get to at least 140 but it’s so hard. As for my tummy, while it’s not saggy, it’s not as firm as it was before I had my son. Are there any tips that I can follow as it relates to changing my excercise regimen (I do at least 3 times a week: 20 minutes on the stair climber, 20 minutes on the tredmill, and at least 30 miuntes weight training and abdominal work) and diet.

How Was It Losing Weight Like After Pregnancy?

did you stomach go back to normal?
was there loose skin?
even if you have stretch marks, were you able to tone it?
I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’m already one of the unfortunate people who got the stretch marks. I’m planning on toning out my whole body but is wondering if the stretch marks will cause the skin to sag?

After-pregnancy Weight Loss?

ughh i know this topic has been done to death but i’m in desperate need for some help. this is my first pregnancy.
here’s the story:
i was slightly underweight before i got pregnant last year. i’m 5′7″ and i weighed 115lbs. i got pregnant in july of last year and steadily gained about 60-ish pounds by the time i gave birth in april. i ate whatever i wanted in the first trimester and the first half of the second trimester but i figured that it wasn’t worth it to gorge myself on food. so i began eating fairly healthy with the occasional sweet but my weight still grew steadily. by the time april came around, i was a whopping 174lbs.
my son is now 6months old and i weigh 150lbs! i hate my thunder thighs and my belly. i go for 2 long walks a day with my son and dog, i use an exercise bike when i can, i eat healthy, i drink tons of water so why am i not losing any weight? i’ve stayed at 150lbs for the past 4months.
i’m breastfeeding still but i don’t know if that has anything to do with it
